Storm Sump Pump Failure

The sump pump could not keep up with all the water flowing back, and flooded this basement. The entire basement had water up to 5 feet in spots.  Our crews arrived onsite and immediately began extracting water.  Then after all the water was out we started working right away to get out all the affected contents, and remove the carpeting and drywall.  

In September of 2016, the city of Cincinnati had a city wide sewer storm drain back up affecting many homes in the sounding area.  Storm team activated surrounding SERVPRO franchises to assist in the clean up.  SERVPRO of LaGrange Park/North Riverside was honored to deploy to OH to help the storm team.  We are always "Faster to any sized disaster"!
